We want our guests to love coming back to us. That’s why we’ve created an exclusive loyalty program that opens the door to better rates and special bonuses you won’t find anywhere else. The more often you stay with us, the more benefits await you.
How does it work?
1. Book directly: Benefits apply to all online reservations made through our website (Profitroom system).
2. Accumulate spending: We add up the value of all your completed stays (the accommodation price is included).
3. Earn rewards: Once you reach the set thresholds, we’ll reward you with an automatic discount or a free additional service.

20,000 Kč to 49,999 Kč | VIP Silver | 10% discount on your next stay |
50,000 Kč to 79,999 Kč | VIP Gold | 12% discount on your next stay |
80,000 Kč and above | VIP Platinum | 15% discount on your next stay, room upgrade, a bottle of wine, and a fruit platter in your room upon arrival |
What You Should Know
- All in one email: To receive your benefits, always log in using the same email address you used when registering.
- Instant price overview: After logging into the booking portal, you’ll immediately see your loyalty price for each room (the original price crossed out vs. your new price).
- Current account status: You can always find your tier and current benefits in your profile after logging in.
- Benefit validity: To maintain your tier, simply stay with us at least once every 2 years. If the gap between bookings is longer, you will automatically be moved to a lower loyalty tier.
- Maintaining membership: If you do not make any new online reservations through your account within 5 years, your club membership will automatically expire and your profile will be removed from our database.
