Massages are a wonderful way to relax a tired body, relieve stress and chronic pain. They will help your body improve your immune system, sleep habits and overall quality of life.

Traditional massage

Hawaiian massage

A therapy based on the use of special Hawaiian techniques, using not only the fingers and hands, but also the forearms. It stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems, relieves muscular pain and tension, and helps to detoxify the body.

Honey massage (only for the back)

This massage technique is performed on the back, as it is a large area with many reflex zones, thanks to which the most harmful substances are removed from the body. It has a detoxifying effect on the body, eliminating harmful toxins and clearing blocked pores.

Lymphatic massage

Manual lymphatic drainage promotes the removal of cellulite, contributes to the removal of impurities from the blood by improving the flow of lymph, washes away waste substances or reduces swelling. It also has an anti-fatigue effect, strengthens the immune system, and improves the skin.

Cupping therapy

Cupping involves heating a glass flask with a flame, creating a vacuum, and pressing it against your skin. This allows a very intense blood circulation to the tissues, which is not possible with conventional massage. After the treatment, it is possible that "bruises" may remain on the body where the cups were applied, but these are not dangerous and will disappear within a few days. Cupping removes blockages and stiff muscles, detoxifies the body, has a positive effect on the lymphatic system, brings relief from asthma, bronchitis, coughs and counteracts swelling and leg pain. This therapy is not suitable if you suffer from thrombosis, varicose veins, gangrene, vein thrombosis, cancer, skin damage, or if you suffer from liver or heart problems.

Contraindications to massage - contraindication means a condition where massage cannot be performed.

• Febrile or acute inflammatory conditions conditions requiring bed rest.
• general physical exhaustion
• immediately after a meal
• serious bleeding disorders (haemophilia, leukaemia, etc.)
• abdomen diseases associated with inflammation or bleeding
